I have all the ones for each grandchild put in the plastic 12x12 boxes. My main chronological finished pages are in the big drawers in my cubes. I am slowly running out of space so I need to scrap faster!! My family album pages go directly into the book I am working on!

Isn't it crazy that alot of the problems can be solved ourselves instead of paying a service call. Good one on you!! So happy you figured it out. I almost took mine in once and the same thing, I called support and they walked me through it.
