October TM Challenge---Stringing you along

Post by Patti »

For this challenge you will need string, twine, or yarn, paint, a couple of sheets of card stock, and some heavy books.
I suggest you try it with some plain paper first to get the idea of the technique.
Check out this tutorial https://onelittleproject.com/string-paint-art/ instead of folding your paper, lay one sheet on top of the other to create your background.
Now that you know how to do it...create something with your painted page---cards, picture, LO.
Projects due at the end of the month
Post back here to be entered in the drawing for the TM prize!
Finally, have FUN!!!
Patti

This was fun! The 2nd set turned out better than the first I think. image #1 and #4 was the second time through the paint. The first was a little splotchy but it may also have been the book was too heavy to pull the string out. I was going to mount the black on a color but it was more striking to just adhere it to the white background.
Great challenge Patti!
