I had as stopped too, for many years, and all of a sudden, I'm drinking it again! I prefer Coke Zero.

The original formula was made from Coca leaves which contained cocaine. Later the cocaine was completely removed and Coca Cola was no longer used for medicinal properties.

When I grew up in Saudi, we didn't have any Coke products because there was a Coca Cola plant in Israel. We had Pepsi but it had a different taste to it. So when we came back to the states every summer I couldn't wait to drink Coke. But now I hardly ever drink any kind of soda.
