It's was 80 degrees Thursday late afternoon when we went to the pumpkin patch, but the last 2 days have definitely felt like Fall . . .it's currently 48 degrees outside, with the high of 55 today.

We had a light dusting of snow on Sunday. The mountains got a LOT LOT LOT of snow in the highest elevations. The next two days we had record rainfalls and the island had 8 landslides that blocked roads! Thankfully none between us and town! Lots of people were stranded and some just got power back yesterday!

Starting late tomorrow and through Monday afternoon we're supposed to get 4-8 inches of rain AND big winds too. I have to go pick Mike up tomorrow after his hunting trip with a cousin today and then I'll be home for the duration. Just CRAZY weather!!!

Guess it's cuz of that first full moon on Halloween since 1944 and the second full moon this month!

Definitely don't want any snow yet, but it's 46 this morning and we've been having rain for a few days.
