Good morning ladies -

Getting ready to head out the door in about 15 minutes. I start at 7:30 this morning and there are already two therapist call offs this morning with 8:00 am appointments so I'm sure it's going to be a fun filled day . . .

Not much on the agenda other than work . . .Shawn took the week off, as if he doesn't use his vacation days he loses them, mine are the opposite and just accrue. So I'm giving him a free day today, but definitely have a "small" honey do list for him. . .G has school today and is winding down the semester by the end of the month . . .

I do plan on trying to accomplish something this evening scrap related, as I just didn't really feel like doing much of anything this weekend. I have a few ideas, and a few "lifts" that I'd like to do (still using my paper pad). Any one else scrapping today? Whatcha working on?

Have a great one!

Good Morning Tammy and everyone!

The sun is shining, but it's still cold at 41 degrees. I have a Dentist appt this morning. Routine exam/cleaning, but I lost part of a filling this week so will probably have another appt this week. grrr.....

DH is at work so I have scrappy assignments to get done today.

Have a great day everyone!

It's a chilly stay at home day for me. It was 78 yesterday and dropped down to the mid 40's last night. Temperatures for the coming week are 50's and 60's. I'm finally getting my fall and I'm loving it! Plans today include organizing the freezer and cleaning my craft room. I want to be able to scrap in my room again. ;)

I think I’ll do a little housework today. I also apparently need to make some sympathy cards, I have so many cars and could not find a sympathy card in all of my stash last night. I thought about selling a few Christmas urban dish towel dresses to add to Etsy since I have the material at home. I have had a fair amount of orders this month. I think it’s because more people are shopping online.
I hate to keep bringing up Covid but I just wish people would do their part. My cousin passed away a couple days ago in California, not from Covid but we just found out though mortuaries are so backed up they can’t do her funeral until December 9. A pretty morbid thought.
Hopefully things will start looking up soon.
Happy Monday!

Tamara, sorry about the loss of your cousin. That's crazy that you have to wait so long to have the funeral!

Was up early for my walk and it was a foggy morning, not many people out today. Have a meeting at noon and then hope to get some scrapping done this afternoon.

I had a vacation day scheduled so I’m home today. Another one of my co-workers is sick, so I thought I might have to cancel my vacation day but the one left working today said she could handle everything. Planning on scrapping some more this afternoon on the cat album after I clear some areas for DH’s Disney Village to go. Tree is up and mostly decorated.

Volunteered at the food pantry this am and then hit the grocery store. DH texted to say it had just started raining in Honduras....they are expecting another hurricane today and he and his team are right in the path of it so probably won't hear from him for a few days. Going to finish my book and then hit the scrap room to finish a lo. Enjoy the rest of this beautiful day1

Patti, praying for your DH and his team to be safe during the hurricane! Heard this morning it's going to be a Category 5! This hurricane season has been as crazy as this whole year has been!

I'm home while Steve runs to town. Our packages finally came in and we have a trailer hitch that needs to go back because it didn't fit. I think he wanted to get out of the house and be alone. Good thing it wasn't me who was going alone because we woke up to about 1/2 inch of snow! Not bad here but the top of the pass could be and the other side of the mountain either got a lot more or got nothing. :) Thank God we got our snow tires and got them installed!!! Just in time!

I'm trying to start catching up on laundry. Once again I have a mountain. Between dishwasher loads and showers the laundry was the last to get priority and it just kept piling up. So first load is finally in and the rest is all sorted. :)

I got a call this morning that my Friday appointment got changed to Wednesday and I don't have to stay overnight! YAYAY!!! So it will be a LONG day but I'll finally see the Ear Nose and Throat specialist! I also talked to the lady at the allergy office who's trying to get my new medication approved. She's baffled as to what everyone's telling her about codes not being right. I think they're just trying to delay so they don't have to give it to me. GRRR! She's as frustrated as I am! But they don't know how persistent we both are. :) So we will somehow prevail!

So surprise snow this morning and another 2-4 inches tomorrow. I think tomorrow will be deer meat canning day. We're going to make jars of stew so we can just open one up on a day like today that's cold and nasty. Have a warm bowl of venison stew. Yum! :)

Hope you're all having a good evening! Happy scrapping!
