365 Positive Thoughts

Post by Wendy »

I had tried this last year and then .....Covid.

I had a notebook and before I went to bed every night, I had to write down 1 positive thing that I can take from that day. No matter how small it was.
I have plenty of notebooks and I'm thinking I want to try this again. It helps to put things in perspective. No matter how bad a day is, at least you (hopefully) had a good meal that day. And you are always laying down in a nice warm bed. There is ALWAYS something to bring a smile.

Anyone want to try this? We can share our positives here!

We’re short staffed this week and today was brutal!! I’m thankful for a coworker that stayed an hour over today to help me out - especially since I still have a bad headache!

I try everyday. Some days I really have to think about it - even if it's just that I have a roof over my head. The days lately have been like that.
But I do think about it every night when I go to bed and replay the day.

I've mentally been trying to do this as I lay in bed at night trying to go to sleep . . .I think about the day, my plans for the next, etc. . .

I got to leave a half hour early from work today because of the snow, and inclement weather.
