Gilded Age

Did anyone watch the new series The Gilded Age written by the same guy that wrote Downton Abbey last night on HBO?
It's on again today around 6pm and I'm recording it. I 'm looking forward to watching it and hoping it's as good as Downton Abbey.

No, I did not watch it. I never watched Downtown Abbey, either. It is on my list

Haven't seen either of them yet. I'm binge watching Saving Hope at the moment.

Is this different than the new movie coming out in May? I'll have to look it up.

Yes, it's a new series and has nothing to do with Downton Abbey. The Gilded Age takes place in New York in the1880's. I haven't watched it yet but at least I remembered to record it.

We don't have HBO so it probably won't do me much good.
