I love cast iron skillets but they are a little too heavy for me to use so I gave it to my son and he loves it. I fry a lot of bacon for the barkery so I most always use a cheap teflon coated skillet I picked up from Walmart. I also have an aluminum skillet I use quite a bit that is part of a set I've had for years.
Mike bought three different sizes of The Rock by Starfrit pans. They're aluminum pans with steel pellets that create a "rock like" surface. They are different from any pans 've ever owned, take a bit of getting used to, but I love them. He bought a stockpot also.
