Mine is trying to get my daughter Jackie here to PA. She wants to move her with Everly, but there are so many things that need to fall into place before she can make the final leap....luckily she'll be here for another visit in the next couple of days!! I can't wait!

Biggest priority right now is getting this 16 week old Yellow lab settled in and used to the routine of the big girls. She is doing awesome so far. 43 pounds!

For me it is keeping me sane.

My Dad's health deteriorated quickly. His care has been changed to Hospice. I am trying to manage his finances, deal with his house, sell his car, all that stuff. The boiler at his house just blew so it has no heat or hot water. And my own Neurologist tells me to avoid stress :o

That's a lot Leslie. Remember to take time to take care of yourself also.

I can assure you that I am. I have surrounded myself with friends who make sure of it. Even the staff at Dad's nursing home talk to me about me and how I am doing. I am not shy about my brain illness. Honestly I seek out support wherever I can find it.
