Last night we had Mad Hatter Meatballs (a recipe from a kids' Betty Crocker cookbook that my mom bought me when I was about 9 years old; it was a favorite with my kids, and we still enjoy it occasionally) with mashed potatoes (meatballs and sauce are so good on top of the taters) and a salad.
