I used to collect roosters, starting with some of my grandmother's. I've stopped now because I have nowhere to put them all!
I don't collect anything specific right now, though, except maybe scrap supplies.

I go from one to another... used to be tiny plates of the places we visited. Now I get manger sets of the places we go which aren't much anymore. I am kinda stuck with my oxygen in tow 24/7 limited on where and for how long I can go. So glad we did lots of traveling before this happened.

On the scrap supply end I started out collected brads, then it grew to embellishments. Now it is 6x6 pads. Now you can see why I stayed away from the scrapbook expo this weekend that is in town.   I've been to enough warehouse sales lately. :D

I collect Jim Shore Heartwood Creek ornaments. Mike used to buy them for me for Christmas and Mother's Day back in Princeton (a jewelry/gift store uptown carried a nice selecion) but nowhere to get themin Pueblo, at least not that we hve found, so oldest daughter buys one for me at Christmas.

It's not really a collection that can be shared because it isn't really visible...I collect small rocks from every country I visit and then they are all put in my pond so my fish get an international experience.

I used to collect some different things but started getting so many that things were looking too cluttered. I haven't really collected anything, other than scrappy supplies, for a few years.

Blue and white Currier & Ives dishes. I wanted a set of Christmas dishes but didn't want the traditional red and green. I love the snow scene on the Currier & Ives dinner plates and thought they would be pretty paired with silver, and so my collection began.
