How often do you change your shampoos up? Do you use matching conditioner?

I pretty much always use Dove shampoo, but usually every two bottles or so, I'll change the scent. My hair is so baby fine that I didn't used to use conditioner, but now that I'm coloring it (all the time) and the grays are taking over, I've found that I need to.

Thankyou Tammy I was busy sewing for DD this morning and I get a text that they are going to a movie for her birthday. I rushed out of the house to get to the theatre in 20 minutes and then ran errands and just got home to post.

I have used the same shampoo for years. Biolage with great success. The only time I do something different is if we are at a hotel. And then I do notice that my curls don't hold as well.

I change mine up - I keep two different kinds of shampoo to switch every other day. I have super thick hair. For years I didn't use conditioner but I have been the last few years

No conditioner and I change up my shampoo when I run out of what I'm currently using.
