Is it for little league baseball teams? If so, it sounds like it would have been a cute parade.

It's a huge parade / deal here. The Little League World Series is held here every year, and I believe it's 16 teams from all over the world compete for the title. . . our town gets a bit cray cray as we "Welcome the World" to our town!! The games are televised! Exciting time of year for South Williamsport.
