What flavor of gum do you chew?
I can't do the mints with my lichen planus so I love watermelon and strawberry kinds

I don’t chew a lot of gum but I currently have a pack of Stride Spearmint in my pocket.

I keep some in my desk drawer at work so I can chew a piece if I'm starving to death (or feel like it). I chew spearmint flavor gum, but only like 5 minutes is about how long I last LOL
