As a follow up to yesterday's question, what time do you usually go to bed? We start heading to bed around 10pm.

I'm usually in bed by 9:30 but don't fall asleep till 10:30 or 11:00

I sometimes crate the dogs around 10 -11 and go to bed shortly after but I'm still wide awake at 1......sometimes 2. I have trouble falling asleep at night. I spoke to my dr. about it and he recommended over the counter sleep aids, which I've yet to try.

I head to bed around 9pm and read for about an hour. I don't always sleep that well either. I've tried over the counter medications but they don't really seem to work.

I'm usually in bed by 9. Sometimes I will watch a little tv before I go to sleep. But lately, I've been out almost immediately.

I go to bed around 11.

midnight -2 am depending on what I am doing and what the next day holds

anywhere between 11:30 - 12:30 even on a work night. . .I also have a hard time falling asleep

Anytime between 10 and 11:30. Depends on Mom's work schedule.
