I love steaks too! I'm not too picky either about what kind. My favorite meat is Prime Rib though. I like all of it medium/medium rare. Not too pink in the middle - has to be cooked - but not overcooked either. Now you have my mouth watering! :) Not many places here to get a good steak unless you cook it yourself... Maybe I can find some tomorrow on sale... :)

Love steaks...ribeye is my choice cut..medium well.

I do eat steak occasionally but as far as cuts I have no idea
