When you make a lettuce salad, what veggies do you add? It seems we are having salad everyday since I am suppose to eat more veggies

We do cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, green onions and sometimes carrots What else is there for me to try??

We don’t use lettuce that much, we’ve been making salads with spinach, kale, cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled eggs.

I am NOT a big veggie eater. My "salad" usually consists of just lettuce, cheese, ham and ranch dressing.

I don't do lots of lettuce salads. I do spinach salad. I add julienned salami, chickpeas, feta cheese, olives, pepperocini, roasted red pepper. Yummy stuff.

I'm more of a romaine type gal . . .or spring mix - onions, red radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, coutons, hard boiled eggs, and cottage cheese. Typically either French or Ranch dressing.

Carrots, sometimes peas.

Our salads are usually lettuce, carrots, ham, cheese, bacon/bacon bits, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, croutons, Ranch and French dressings. Now and then there might be chicken, too.
