Sorry I'm late this morning folks! Today's question: What was the last meal you cooked?

The last meal I cooked was quinoa chili with sausage. It was yummy!

noodles and spaghetti sauce! My next cook meal toady is Chicken cordon blew and mashed potatoes. They sounded so good and we haven't had them in a long time.

The last meal I cooked from scratch were chicken enchiladas for my Mom's birthday on Thursday. They are a labor of love, but extremely good. I make them a few times a year.

I cooked spaghetti yesterday! So yummy, I just can't eat sauce from a jar so I make my own!

I had a roast in the crock pot - with potatoes, carrots and pearl onions.
Does that count as "cooking"..?? lol
