In my graduate class, we have people from all over the US in the online course. So I became fascinated last night when they were talking about the weather in their area. One of my classmates in Denver was expecting 3 inches of snow overnight! So I was wondering...what is the weather like in your section of the country right now?

I am in Miamisburg, Ohio; suburb of Dayton. It seems like every rain event goes above or below my city anymore...we are in desperate need of rain! And it's HOT HOT HOT!!!! Like 90 degree hot! I'm ready for some fall weather. And some rain.

My sister lives in the Denver area and she told me that it was in the high 90s on Monday and then snow yesterday.
I live in New York. My house is half a mile form the Canadian border and Montreal is an hour drive from here. It is in the 60 s here and dreary. we got some rain last evening. Overall we have been dry all summer and in need of rain

I'm in Southeastern Ohio along the Ohio River and it's a wonderful 77 degrees. Supposed to get up to 87, but we've had a couple cooler days.

I"m in the south suburbs of Chicago. It's cloudy and a cool 67 today. More rain is coming. I like the cool for sleeping weather. Although the storms last night kept me awake.

I'm in Central Florida, about an hour north of Orlando. It is still hot and humid and won't get cooler til maybe the middle of October. We need rain badly! Every afternoon it gets cloudy with thunder and lightning but no rain. Our city is a foot below our normal summer rain levels. I can't wait for cooler weather!
