FRI 1/15 SEASONAL STASH CHALLENGE

Let's face it, we all have a scrappy stash …. things that we are hoarding, forgot we had, never got around to using … yeah, you know you have it, too!
So join us as we say “OUT WITH THE OLD . . . IN WITH THE NEW!”
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
For your Friday challenge, I challenge you to take a look at your seasonal themed stash of papers, embellishments, etc. What do you have left over in your supply from a previous season that you can make a quick project out of? I chose to use leftover papers from my favorite winter themed line ever, Crate Paper's "Snow and Cocoa" line, to feature pictures of my daughters when they were tiny girls playing in the snow.
As an additional challenge, can you incorporate this beautiful sketch by Bev Code into your project like I did?
I can't wait to see what season you choose in your stash for this project!

For this layout, I used old paper, completely emptied a sticker sheet, used scraps, and created a cute layout. I also added a little step on the left to balance out all the stickers I put on the right!

These pictures were made in October of 1996 so my theme was Fall. The patterned paper and the stickers are from my stash. The splatches were done with bubble wrap and ink--all from my stash. Te patterned paper is dated 1998.

This is adorable! As I'm watching jumbo snowflakes out my window, it is nice to see summer pics and fun papers! Thanks for playing along!
