I chose to document the past 15 months with asthma. My journaling talks about how in October 2019 I got very sick and have been on a journey to find out what was wrong. The pandemic made things much more difficult and we had to find ways to work around it while still dealing with my symptoms. The picture at the top is of me at my worst. The picture on the bottom is the recently found solution. It’s not a cure but it’s a great management medication.
