Thank you, Lolis, for getting us on Zoom and making it a bit easier for me. It was nice talking to all of you in person. Souvenir shopping is over for this journey. I will let you know if I need addresses. Now back to work!

To finish my story.....Tammy and I had talked about doing Top Chef again but I had come across this article and thought it might be fun to learn about the hobby we share through its history. But don't be sad because I believe Top Chef will be returning in the near future. I have to recover from today first.
