July 26 Monday Sketch Challenge

Join us all month long in July as we take a cross-country drive from Pennsylvania to California. Not literally,
but the idea is still the same.
Challenges will be based on the road trip, the destinations, and possibly even a challenge or two based on the song lyrics made famous by the song writer Bobby Troup in 1946.
So join us as we Get Our Kicks on Route 66.
On Mondays we have a sketch challenge!
I chose this sketch from Sketches in Thyme
In addition to using the sketch I want you use a picture of some one you visit.***
***EDITED. There are many reasons we travel, one reason is to visit loved ones. Please include a picture of someone you visit, it doesn't have to be travel related
I used a picture of my husband and our my son Jerry hugging goodbye from this month when we visited our boys in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

hmmm this one I might have to fudge a bit. Don't have anyone that we have to go very far to see. Love that sweet moment you captured!

Thank you Tamara! It doesn’t have to be far, as long as you get out of your house to go visit, it counts!

Great example! I loved working with that sketch and hope to try it again. But when we travel it's not usually to visit people. I'll see what I can come up with.

It is pictures of people you visit, not necessarily a long trip. Just people you go out and spend time.
