Scrap Question of the Day - 01/05/2024

Most of you are like me, so when you go on vacation /a day trip / any new place do you typically collect EVERYTHING? Do you ever remember to use it on your layouts?

I do. I have totes for each trip that I put all the info in so when I am ready to scrap them I pull it out and I have the memorabilia plus papers that I have set aside for the LOs.

I do keep it in piles and try to scrap that trip soon so I can use up what I want, then throw the rest away or use for something else.
I don't collect as much as I used to since I realized I just had too much

I do collect everything, bring it home and put it in a container til I'm ready to scrap the trip.

Since I scrap chronologically, I keep a box (like a priority box) I toss in all of the stuff I collect in that year. Then when I get to that year (I am currently doing 2010) I organize the year items in a tote , look at the calendar book that I wrote the events we had and chronologically scrap the photos, memorabilia , places and things!

I collect a couple of things, but rarely remember to use it.

I keep together and then I go through and sort when I get to that year and decide what I’m keeping and trying to use or toss it. I keep a list handy near me to refresh my memory when I’m working on those items LOL
