Scrap Question of the Day - 01/30/2024

Post by tammyfolk »

We've all heard that scrapping was cheaper than therapy. . . but do you feel that your stress level decreases when you do crafts (scrapbooking, cards, etc)?

Maybe the stress is still there, but there's other feelings involved too, such as comfort, satisfaction, sense of accomplishment. Remembering the good times thru our pages is a form therapy!

I don't think I have a lot of stress so I'm not sure. I know when I do have something that needs to be thought over I vacuum. I do love spending time in my craft room crafting.
