Using autumn themed kits for other seasons

Post by Kiki Halbert »

Hi everyone. In looking at my stash, I realized that i have a lot of Fall themed kits and I never really seem to finish using them all up. I use most of my summer and spring kits all up but if like to use more of my Fall kids once I've scrapped my photos. I'm not a card maker at all. Have you ever used a Fall kit for photos out of season? I'd love some inspiration! I was thinking maybe cutting out leaves for other pages but beyond that I'm stuck.

With things like that, I pull the kits apart. I put the papers in with whatever the main color is in the pattern and I put the embellishments wherever they fit. That way when I see something that might fit another project really well I'll pull it out and use it. But if it's still in a kit I won't even think about it. Hope this helps!

You could make a mini album, Paper Phenomenon has the tutorials at 50% this weekend. I got one, it has the tutorial for the album, a box and video tutorials for about $20.00.
