Rivets-Help!

Does anyone remember how to get these apart? I have had them forever and wanted to use them but I can’t get them apart!!!

It's been so long since I used them I don't remember. They snap together, yes? Can you flip the package over and push through the back side?

Can you google how to use them? I don’t have any either so I don’t know

They snap together and are repositionable so they should come apart. Can you insert something between the parts and pry them apart?
