Join us for some fun times as we countdown to Christmas. Starting December 1, the countdown will feature a daily post that may be a holiday tip, a fun activity, a game, a challenge, a recipe, or other surprises!

You will want to check in every day because you never know when Santa might leave a scrapping goodie for you to claim!

Remember - A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.

What is your favorite Christmas memory. Mine would be the Christmas party my parents would have for my dads employees, My mom would pull out her Elvis Christmas album and play it. There were lots of chatter, laughter, goodies and music. So my challenge for today is, for you to share a Christmas memory on your layout.

I chose Elvis's, Blue Christmas as the inspiration for my layout.

My favorite Christmas Memory is of my childhood. We all had matching Christmas socks that hung across the fireplace. Since there were ten kids it was a long string and covered the whole fireplace.
So I did a banner across the top representing the socks.
Our Valentine tradition was Grandpa would leave presents on the porch then run and hide. This day we stayed for a visit and played with their gifts.
