Remember - A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
*Winner will be chosen via Random.Org.
Todays recipe is one handed down for generations. canning Million Dollar pickles
As my mom got older I would make her batch of pickles at my house. My Dad and her came over to help with one of the steps.
So my challenge for you is to do a green monocromatic layout for the pickles
They take 3 weeks to make so use 3 flowers anywhere you choose
Use the word Million somewhere in your title
the first two weeks you ring out the rag on the top so use ribbon anywhere you choose
and at the bottom of the recipe it says "Do not get discouraged, these are very good pickles" Use 5 gems to represent encouragement and let your bling shine!
Here is my example!
Have fun and do not get discouraged!

Love your layout Tamara, sounds interesting . I can remember by grandmother making something similar which took several weeks but i don't remember what she use, just the length of time it took

Such a cute page and great challenge. My mother used to make pickles but they didn't take 3 weeks.
