How does scrapbooking make you feel?

I am not one to write in a journal so it makes me feel good to scrapbook my life story through my albums. To me that is my journal. :D

I use scrapbooking as a stress reducer and heritage keeper. I know one day my DD will have these albums to share with my GGchildren.

I feel relaxed, happy and creative. If only this exciting hobby didn't take up SO much room!
