I love Missy Whiddens style of scrapping and watch a lot of her youtube videos.
My other favorite is Jennifer McGuire. She makes cards but she shows so many different techniques that can also be used on layouts.

I don’t have individual favorite designers, but I like just looking for generic inspiration on Pinterest, Instagram, and scrapbook galleries.
