OUT WITH THE OLD . . . IN WITH THE NEW
Image

Join us all month long in January as we post challenges with the focus of scrapping with our unused stash!

Let's face it, we all have a scrappy stash …. things that we are hoarding, forgot we had, never got around to using … yeah, you know you have it, too!

So join us as we say “OUT WITH THE OLD . . . IN WITH THE NEW!”

A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

For this challenge look for your favorite cutting dies and cut lots of shapes, or a title for your layout. You can also use your electronic cutting machines, or even use your paper punches!

For my example I used a set of star thinlit dies from CTMH that I’ve had for 5 or 6 years. Have fun! Can’t wait to see what you create!

I created my title using the cricut font option and then I used the offset to create a shadow for my title.

LOVE, love love my new machine. I can't believe how much easier it is.. self-adjusting blade, two blades, but the best is that it is bluetooth.
