February 2023 - Alice in Wonderland
Join us all month long in February as we post challenges based on Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland and all of the many adaptations that have come after . . .
Take a journey with us to Wonderland along with Alice, and the many wonderous creatures she encounters after she falls through the rabbit hole.
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
All through Alice's adventures she went from big to little to normal to little to big and so on. For this challenge use the sketch and do one or both of these things---different size photos and/or photos that show the same people at different sizes (close up vs distance or making the picture smaller reduces the size of the subject. My example shows both.
