For today's project, I was inspired by chaps that cowboys (in this case cowgirls) wear. Chaps go over a cowboy's pants to further protect them from hazards of wrangling cattle, horseback riding, etc. When putting this Wild, Wild West project together, I not only wanted to feature the cutest cowgirl I know dressed up as "Jessie" from Toy Store 2, but I also wanted to use layers like a cowgirl's chaps. So I folded the top left corner down and the bottom right corner up so that bits of paper peaked through like a cowgirl's jeans would when wearing chaps. My challenge to you this Monday is to not only use this fun sketch from Sketch N Scrap as your guide, but also feature "peeks" of paper on your project; much like a chap! I can't wait to see how you all interpret this sketch!
