First off, I want to apologize for the extreme delay in announcing the winner. . . life has been a bit chaotic, as I'm sure you can all relate as some point or another. Again, I'm truly sorry.
There were 16 challenges posted during the month of February and 116 completed layouts!! That's pretty impressive considering how short the month was. There were even several Double Page entries submitted as well!
