I knew the moment Tamara uploaded this layout for my Dr. Seuss challenge last month that I would be choosing it for my next Soup of the Day. Tamara is a true scrapbooker and seizes every moment to take photos of her family. I have enjoyed seeing her grandchildren grow up through her scrapbook pages.
