Good morning everyone. What's on your plate today?
It's another stay at home day for me. We're expecting more rain and thunderstorms this afternoon and into the evening. I'm hoping it will stay dry long enough for me to mow the grass.
Jan you are the mowing Queen! Our grass is getting long just from all the rain we have had this past weekend.
Didn't get out of bed until 9:00. Makes for a late start to the day. I have a CT scan of my lungs this afternoon. And to top it off I have to remove my diabetic sensor. I just put it on last weekend and it has ten days left. Ugh! I called them to see if I could purchase a replacement or just go without it for a week, They graciously said since it is medical they will send me a new one free of charge. Yea!!!
My friend and I are going to Derek and Haley Houghs symphony of dance tonight. My daughter and granddaughter saw their show back in October their first night. It was incredible. After Haleys brain injury and now she is cleared to dance is a miracle. They added another show to Salk Lake so I grabbed tickets. I thought it would be a little different show since they brought in some other dancers. Now Haley is dancing the whole show. Also we found out a couple of days ago that this performance is going to be filmed for an upcoming TV special and we in the audience get to be in it. These tickets are in the first tier so I don't think you will see me but it should be fun.

We have another weather day here. Severe thunderstorms with hail today. About 4am we had an amazing lightning storm. The flashes were so bright it woke me up. So it will be a stay at home day for us with scrappy time for me.
