How often do you have dessert with your dinner?? Is it usually planned or just spur of the moment?

It's usually just on our cruises.

With a meal, never. Dessert in place of a meal, sometimes.

on special occasions or just because. about every other week or 3 weeks I might make brownies

I make it once a month for family dinners. I make cookies about once a month as well. DH likes ice cream after dinner. With my diabetes I can sneak ice cream in the middle of the day when I have time to exercise it off but never at night or it is not pretty.

I don't make dessert for just us, only if we have people over. I did make some banana bread the other day just because I had enough brown bananas.

We get items premade at the grocery store so can have say 1 cookie after the meal (after time has passed), etc.
