Yes. Sometimes I sit in front of the tv with my bin of scrap paper and just glue paper to cheap cardstock or an ugly piece of patterned paper I will probably never use. I have several that I've made of different sizes and when I need a card, I cut one up. Sometimes I will ink the edges for a different look, emboss the card fronts or add a little gesso to tone the colors down.
