When I was in college---back in the dark ages---I started taking pictures and cutting them into shapes and adding comments. Later this hobby became known as scrapbooking.

Funny how the common thread is Creative Memories for so many of you! I've always been a scrapper, i guess. I cut pictures out of Tiger Beat and carefully arranged them into magnetic page photo albums back in the 70's. Then I added my own pictures, and then I started college and then got married. in 1999 I needed Christmas presents and decided to do scrapbooks for my mom and MIL. Used Walmart supplies - solid cardstock in ugly colors! When I craved better supplies I went online and then I was hooked. Love me some pretty paper and some cute stickers!

Totally by accident I had been looking for a candle shop and happened into the scrapbook store during a beginner class and was hooked after they walked me thru making a page for my baby album.
