How far is your farm from your residence? Do you go there often? Sounds fun!

I have a lemon tree and last year I got 3 lemons from it. This year I have 7 lemons growing on it. I can't believe how long it takes them to get ripe. I also have a pineapple plant and we got our 1st pineapple a couple of weeks ago. It was so sweet and juicy. It took 2 years to produce 1 pineapple. The next pineapple should only take 1 year...we'll see.

Danielle, what is the Apple Orchard not far from you called? Something Farmer? The BEST ever Carmel Apple Pie baked in a bag. Instead of a top pie crust, they use sugar cookie dough. Soooooo good!

The farm is a ten-minute drive away. Between May and Nov. we're there two or three times a week. It has great flowers and produce!

Tracy, yes from now on you'll have pineapples every year. The first one takes 2 years. And they're AMAZING!!! Steve took the top off of a couple he'd bought in the store down there many years ago and just stuck them in the ground. We figured they made pretty plants so we really didn't care if it didn't produce. But it did!!! :)

We used to, but they have slowly died off over the years in the summer heat
