One of my other interest areas is researching personality styles. I have learned I am a highly sensitive INFJ. Which means smells can send me into a migraine. HOWEVER, I do like some wax melts. Candles scare me. My girls love them, but feel like my anxiety levels go off the charts when they have them going.

I love wax melts or candles. I also love my essential oil diffuser. I was was recently gifted a Bath and Body Works candle called Leaves...it's my new favorite Fall scent!! In my diffuser right now I have lemon, peppermint and lavender oil, such a relaxing scent!
