Friday July 19th - America the Beautiful

Join us all month long as we pay homage to all things associated with the culture and history of America . . . whether it be apple pie, hot dogs, or baseball . . .we each have something that makes us feel nostalgic and proud of our great USA!
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing)
For today's challenge, find any inspiration from this moodboard I created inspired by the song "America the Beautiful" - I thought switching up from all the traditional red white & blue combos might be a nice change of pace!
For my layout, I used the colors as well as a beautiful nature theme. Can't wait to see what you take from this!

I pulled out the yellows and oranges, the beautiful blue skies, and some grid work. This LO represents all the amazing parks, state parks, national parks, zoos, and aquariums our USA has.
