12/21 OUTDOOR FROSTY

Everybody LOVES Frosty the Snowman. Since his premiere in 1969, Frosty is a character we all remember fondly. Our magical snowman doesn’t know much about the world, but he’s so full of love and cheer that he makes us all so happy.
Join us all month long as we share that "same happiness" with YOU!
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

Today we are going to focus on Frosty the Snowman who lives outdoors and looks mighty fine! My challenge starts with the outdoors. Put on his warm scarf. I used rick rack to represent the scarf.. add two button eyes, and four black enamel dots for his mouth. Use whatever inspires you on your layout. Can't what to see what you come up with. So any possibilities with unlimited outdoor photos.
