Join us all month long as we celebrate
our 8th Birthday here at Cookin' up Creations!!
Challenges will be based on the "Birthday Theme"....but not necessarily about birthdays!!
Don't worry if you don't have any birthday pictures as the possibilities are limitless! Trust me, there'll be enough different challenges for everyone.
You ARE NOT going to want to miss this month-long celebration!
New Blue Plate Special challenges are posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
The prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing) .....
Today we are going to focus on the Party! Having a birthday is even more exciting if there is a party to celebrate the occasion.
First you have to have guests so find photos that have more than one person in them'
Next party favors are always a good gesture so add some stickers
The gifts aways stand out decorating a table waiting for the cheers from the Birthday person as each one is opened. Pop up some of your photos or embellishments.
Last add some fun pattern paper representing the fun atmosphere that gives all the feels celebrating
Have fun!! P. S. look at how creative my son got when we realized we had no candles. Please don't try this at home! haha

Great challenge and layout Tamara. I love that he used matches in place of candles...dangerous but cool idea!!

Here's mine using Photos with more than 1 person + Stickers + Pop Up + Fun pp.
Photos of sweet granddaughter Sydney and her family at a Marshall football game where she is attending. Alot of the family went to celebrate her birthday. (November 2024)
