How often do you take pictures off your phone? And do you take off the ones that you have already scrapped?

As most of you know, I have way too many photos on my phone from the last eight years alone I had 29,000 a couple weeks ago. I am now down to 26,600 and something my goal was to get to 25,000 before we go to Disneyland that is tomorrow so today I need to be very productive. The new computer my husband bought a few months ago has been a godsend. I’m able to take off several with ease. My other computer it was so frustrating. . I took off another hundred off my phone laying in bed last night which takes them off of all of my devices. Originally, I had the idea that every time I did a Walgreens order I would delete those photos off my phone, but that hasn’t been happening because I’m always confused how I used it do I still want it?
I am in a really good place then I have been in a long time with my photos. Hoping that I can keep it up.
What is your best advice on this matter?

Usually once or twice a month we'll download cameras and phones and til I delete most off my phone. DH sometimes keeps a bunch on his phone.

Every once in a while dh will delete them for me....I can't be bothered.

Mine are synced with my computer, so they transfer automatically

I keep buying phones with more storage every time I switch phones.

I try to delete photos as I get them printed or check for duplicates that I do not need. I just try to keep some so I have memories with me always. Plus the ones that I have never printed from some of my trips. Oh, and when I saw a few I mean about 1,000.
