National Cookie Day on December 4th serves up a sweet treat. Bakers across the country warm up the ovens for holiday baking, and we enjoy giving tins of cookies to friends and family all season long.

A cookie I make at Christmas is pumpkin chocolate chip.
My favorite cookie................raisin filled cookie. I've never made them. A friend that used to live in my town did.............ah so yummy

Im only making Chocolate Chip cookies this year and sand tarts just to keep the cookie making tradition going.

I made 6 different kinds of cookies this year. Sent a big tin up to the kids and my freezer is still full! I'll take some to the neighbors and the rest, well, guess we'll have to eat them.
