Have you ever had a kidney stone?

Just checking to see if I have any people in my corner. Lol why do I always get them during the holidays is beyond me however this is only the first time this year so that is an improvement.

oh yes, definitely. Growing up had 1 and was able to pass it. Many years ago I had one and was in the hospital with sepsis. They were planning on going in a burst it, but it finally passed. Was told to drink lots and lots of water and Cranberry juice. They can tell you what it's made of and what to avoid.

Thankfully, I have not.
