Soft drinks, or no?
For me, it's a no. Coffee, tea, water (and the occasional adult beverage)!

Last year I would have said yes. I still have a Pepsi on occasion (one or two a month) now I drink tea and we're cutting the sugar in it.

Unfortunately, I have been drinking about 2 a day. I've been trying to drink more water and less soda, but could be doing better,

Not really...a few years ago I cut soda completely out, then over the last year or so I haven't done so well. I've been doing better and only have one maybe once or twice a week at the most.

I try not to. I try to drink just water most of the day. I have coffee about 2 mornings a week. I do add MIO to my water (no carbs or calories)

Diet soda all day long.....at the beginning of the year I was down to one can a day, and crystal light the rest of the day.....but the last two months that has kinda slid to the wayside and I am drinking diet pepsi from the time I get up until the time I go to bed...

Exactly me! Or once in a while I go to fresca instead of root beer but soda is rare
