This month it's all about the QUOTES. We hear them, we remember them, we display them, we repeat them and now we are challenging you to show us your interpretations of them on your paper projects. Whether it’s a funny quote, one that encourages, one that makes your heart sing, or one that provides motivation, we guarantee the challenges will inspire you.

Remember - A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.

Today's challenge is based on the quote, I am all colors in a rainbow by Dolly Parton. Dolly says, as a songwriter and as a person she is all colors in a rainbow. She's been through everything. She can write a positive song when she is feeling happy. But that doesn't mean she is happy all the time. You can't be a deep and serious songwriter without feelings.

So for this challenge I want you to create a rainbow on your layout. I use the word rainbow loosely. You can create a rainbow with inks, die cuts, patterned paper, letters in a title.........and they don't necessarily have to be in order.
